National Quality Framework
Normanhurst West OSHC is participating in the National Quality Framework (NQF). The NQF is a national legislative framework that consists of the Education and Care Services National Law and Education and Care Services National Regulations.
The NQF aims to give all Australian children, regardless of their location, the best possible start in life through high quality early childhood education and care and school age care services. The Framework aims to help providers, like Normanhurst West OSHC, improve their services in the areas that impact on a child’s development and empower families to make informed choices about which service is best for their child.

NWOOSH completes a Self assessment of our practices against the National Quality Standard on a regular basis. We utilise assessment information from all involved at the centre, including external professionals, NWPS community, Management, Parents, Educations and children. Through this self assessment, we indicate areas for improvement, and set SMART goals to drive quality outcomes.
NWOOSH underwent Assessment and Ratings in November 2020, and received a rating of “ Meeting the National Quality Standard “. View our Assessment and Ratings Report here
